While we aim to cover a broad spectrum of countries, please note that availability and specific shipping services might differ based on your geographical location.

For your convenience, you may check if your desired product is available at a local distributor here. We encourage customers to support local distributors as they work hard to bring our products closer to you. 

Customs:
Please be advised that VAT/import duties are not included in our prices or shipping charges. As a customer, you will be responsible for these additional costs upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the country of destination, and we recommend consulting your local customs office for specific information.

Order Processing:
Our dedicated team works meticulously to ensure each order is processed swiftly. We kindly request your understanding for a standard handling period of 1-3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time:
For our domestic customers, we aim to deliver your purchases within an estimated timeframe of 2 business days. For our international patrons, please expect a delivery period of up to 15 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to bring you our products with efficiency and care.

Delivery rates:
Our system automatically calculates shipping charges during the checkout process.

  • Hong Kong & Macau:  Free delivery 
  • Asia Pacific: USD 60
  • All other countries: USD 100
